Tracking and delivery
You should receive an order confirmation right after checkout and a shipping notice with tracking once the parcel leaves. If no tracking arrives within three or four working days, email the seller with your order ID. Delivery times are working days, so weekends and holidays add to them. International parcels may be held by customs, and any import charges are usually the buyer's.
Damaged, leaking or missing parcels
- Leaking or broken bottle: photograph the parcel and bottle before throwing anything away and email [email protected] the same day.
- Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors and your mail carrier, then email the seller with the tracking number.
- Wrong items: compare the packing slip with your confirmation email and send both to the seller.
The seller's returns page mentions an optional "Priority + Insured Shipping" upgrade that reships for free if delivery fails. Whether it is offered on your checkout, and at what price, is up to the seller.
Shipping and the refund clock
One seller page counts the 60-day refund window from the order date, another from delivery. Slow shipping therefore matters: a two-week delivery leaves you about six weeks of use if the order date applies. Note both dates, and plan your decision around the earlier deadline.
