Start here: the five answers that matter most

If you read nothing else: Breathizen is a mouth spray, not an inhaler. One serving is 4 sprays (0.60 mL) once a day, and a bottle holds 100 servings. The 154 mg blend of mullein, ginger and lemon is small and has not been tested as a product[3]. It is a supplement, so nobody reviewed its claims before sale[1]. And the refund window is 60 days, with every bottle returned at your own cost.

The answers below are grouped by topic. Each opens with the direct answer, then the detail. Where an answer depends on the label, it is based on the seller's Supplement Facts image read on November 2, 2026; where it depends on a policy, on the seller's returns and terms pages from the same day. If your bottle or your receipt says something different, it overrides us.

For anything medical, the right person to ask is the clinician who knows your lungs and your medicines. Breathlessness that is new, worsening or present at rest deserves an assessment, not a supplement[7]; asthma and COPD each have treatments with real evidence[5][6].

The product

What is Breathizen?

A botanical dietary supplement in liquid form, sprayed into the mouth once a day. Each 4-spray serving lists a 154 mg blend of mullein leaf extract 10:1, ginger root extract and organic lemon extract.

Is Breathizen an inhaler or a nasal spray?

Neither. It is an oral spray: the label directs the pumps into the mouth or onto the tongue. It does not deliver anything into the nose, sinuses or airways.

Who makes Breathizen?

The label lists GEX Corp of Lakeland, Florida, as distributor and says it is made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients in an FDA registered facility. The manufacturing plant is not named.

How big is a bottle?

2 fl oz, or 60 mL, in an amber bottle with a black pump and clear over-cap.

Why is it spelled BreathiZen on the bottle?

That is the brand's stylized spelling. Breathizen, BreathiZen and Breathi Zen all refer to the same product.

Is Breathizen FDA approved?

No dietary supplement is FDA approved. The label says the facility is FDA registered, which is a listing with the agency, not an approval of the product.

Ingredients

What are the ingredients in Breathizen?

Mullein leaf extract 10:1, ginger root extract and organic lemon extract in a 154 mg blend, plus purified water, glycerin, natural flavors, citric acid, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.

How much mullein is in each serving?

The amount is not printed. Because mullein is listed first in the 154 mg blend, it is the largest share, at least about 51 mg of extract per serving.

How much ginger is in each serving?

Not printed either. Listed second, ginger can be 77 mg at most per serving, a small fraction of the 2,000 mg a day used in the only human asthma trial.

Does Breathizen contain bromelain or cordyceps?

The sales page says so, but the Supplement Facts panel we transcribed lists only mullein, ginger and lemon. Your own bottle's panel is the one that counts.

Is there caffeine, sugar or alcohol in it?

None is listed. The sweet taste comes from glycerin; no caffeine source, sugar or alcohol appears on the panel.

Is Breathizen vegan and gluten-free?

The listed ingredients are plant-derived or synthetic and contain no gluten sources, but the label makes no vegan, gluten-free or allergen claims, so ask the seller if certification matters to you.

Using it

How do I use Breathizen?

Shake the bottle, spray 4 pumps directly into your mouth or onto your tongue, and swallow. Once a day.

What time of day should I use it?

The label only says once daily. The seller's FAQ suggests mornings before the first meal; the same time every day matters more than the hour.

Can I use more than 4 sprays?

The label says not to exceed the recommended dose, and there is no evidence that more sprays do more. Stick to 4 once a day.

Should I hold it in my mouth?

The label does not ask you to. Holding it longer will not turn an oral spray into an inhaler; swallowing normally is fine.

What if I miss a day?

Just continue the next morning. Do not double the dose.

Can I spray Breathizen into my nose?

No. The label directs the 4 sprays into the mouth or onto the tongue only. Ginger and citric acid would irritate the nasal lining, and the product is not made or tested as a nasal spray.

Does an opened bottle need refrigeration?

The label does not ask for it. Store it in a cool, dry place away from heat, light and humidity, keep the cap on, and discard it if the liquid turns cloudy or smells sour.

How long does a bottle last?

About 100 days at 4 sprays once daily, since each bottle holds 100 servings, even though the seller describes it as a 30-day supply.

Results

How long does Breathizen take to work?

There is no trial of this spray, so there is no proven timeline. The throat-coating feel is immediate; any other change should be judged over five to seven weeks with a written log.

Does Breathizen help with asthma?

It has not been tested in asthma and cannot treat it. A small trial of high-dose oral ginger improved asthma symptom scores, but Breathizen holds a tiny fraction of that dose.

Does Breathizen help with COPD?

No evidence shows that it does, and it is not a COPD treatment. Pulmonary rehabilitation, prescribed inhalers and stopping smoking are what change COPD outcomes.

Can it help after quitting smoking?

Quitting itself is what protects your lungs over time. Breathizen may soothe the throat, but it does not repair airway damage or speed recovery in any study.

Will it help with allergies or congestion?

It is not an antihistamine or a decongestant, and none of its labeled ingredients is proven to clear nasal congestion when sprayed into the mouth.

Safety

Is Breathizen safe?

Its three botanicals are familiar and the amounts are modest, so serious problems are unlikely in healthy adults. The finished spray has no published safety data, and ginger can cause heartburn or mouth irritation.

Can I use it with blood thinners?

Ask your clinician or pharmacist first. Ginger is a standard caution with warfarin, antiplatelet drugs and daily aspirin, and before surgery.

Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?

The label asks pregnant and nursing mothers to consult a physician before use. Without data on this spray, most clinicians would advise skipping it.

Should I stop it before surgery or dental work?

Tell your surgeon or dentist you use it. Because ginger is a routine bleeding caution, many clinicians ask patients to stop ginger supplements about two weeks before a procedure.

Can children use Breathizen?

The label asks anyone under 18 to consult a physician first. It is not marketed or dosed for children.

Can I use it with my inhaler?

No direct interaction is known, but tell your clinician and never reduce, skip or space out inhaler doses because of a supplement.

What should I do if my breathing gets worse?

Follow your action plan and seek urgent care for severe breathlessness, blue lips, chest pain or a rescue inhaler that is not helping. Do not use extra sprays.

Buying and shipping

Where can I buy Breathizen?

Through the seller's own order pages and checkout, which our order buttons link to. We found no Amazon, Walmart or Trustpilot presence on November 2, 2026.

How much does Breathizen cost?

On the order page we link: 2 bottles $158 plus $9.99 shipping, 3 bottles $207 or 6 bottles $294, with free U.S. shipping on the larger packs.

Which pack should I buy?

To test it, the 2-pack is enough: 200 servings outlast the 60-day window. If you already know you like it, the 6-pack is the lowest price per bottle.

Is it a subscription?

No. The seller says every order is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal.

How long does shipping take?

The seller's shipping table lists 5 to 7 working days within the U.S. and 10 to 15 working days to Canada, the UK and Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

Do you ship Breathizen?

No. This site is an independent guide. The seller handles payment, shipping and support; we only explain the product and link to the checkout.

Refunds

Does Breathizen have a money-back guarantee?

Yes, 60 days. Email a refund request, then return every bottle, used or unused, to the seller's returns address in Largo, Florida.

When does the 60 days start?

The returns page says from the date the order was placed; the terms page says from delivery. Count from the order date to be safe.

Do I have to send back empty bottles?

Yes. The policy asks for all bottles, empty or not, opened or not, plus a note with your name, email and order ID and the packing slip.

Who pays for return shipping?

You do. The policy says the company does not cover return shipping costs.

How long does a refund take?

The returns page says 5 to 10 days after the parcel arrives; the terms page says 3 to 5 business days. Your card issuer may add a few more days.

About this site

Is this the official Breathizen website?

No. It is an independent order and label guide. If you searched for the Breathizen official store, the checkout we link to is the seller's own; this site explains it first.

How does this site make money?

We earn a commission when you buy through our order links. The price you pay is the same, and the seller does not review our pages.

Who writes these pages?

The Spray Label Desk, a small editorial team that reads labels, policies and research records. We are not medical providers; the editorial board page explains roles and checks.

How can I report an error?

Email [email protected] with the page and the correction. We re-check the label and policies and date every update.

How these answers are kept accurate

Every answer on this page was written from three kinds of sources: the printed panel (via the seller's label image), the seller's own policy pages, and public research or agency records, which are linked below. When the seller's pages contradict each other, as they do on when the refund window starts, on how fast refunds post and on how many ingredients the formula contains, we say so and use the stricter or the label-based version. Label rules, including why blend amounts can stay hidden, come from the federal regulation itself[2]; ginger's side-effect profile from NCCIH[4]. We re-read the label, prices and policies before each update and change the date at the top of the page when we do.

Run a fair 60-day Breathizen trial

The seller's checkout takes the order. Before the first morning spray, jot down how your chest, throat and stairs feel on an ordinary day, keep every inhaler and plan exactly as prescribed, save the confirmation email, and if nothing worth paying for has changed by week seven, email the refund request while the window is still open.
